Current stock counts grouped by manufacturer, model, and status. Filter by location and download — CSV includes a Location column.
Compares current In Stock counts against configured par levels. Filter by location and download — CSV includes a Location column.
All shipments within the selected date range, optionally filtered by ship type.
Devices received within the selected date range. Default receive location is CORD Warehouse — 4101 Rider Trail North, Earth City, MO 63045.
Devices in inventory whose serial number does not yet exist in the CMDB — these are brand new devices not yet added to ServiceManager. Download the CSV, add to SM, then click Mark All as Reported.
Projects future demand from historical ship velocity. Report by individual model or roll up by model class. Gives two independent projections for the horizon — a flat average rate and a linear-regression trend — plus a confidence rating, so you can see whether they agree before committing to an order. Stock is split into CORD and depot columns; exclude depot for a "what must CORD reorder" view.
All decommissioned devices within the selected date range. Devices are tracked as sent for review once they have been included in an export forwarded to the team leads — so set Review Status to Not Yet Sent to export only what is new since last time, then click Mark as Sent for Review. Marking covers exactly the rows the filters above cover, so a date-filtered export never marks devices it did not include.
All damaged device claims, optionally filtered by status.
All lease return records, optionally filtered by return status.
Upload a ServiceManager alm_asset export (the CORD decom/dump depot queue)
and IMS reports what it knows about each serial — so you can correct SM from evidence
rather than assumption. This report changes nothing in IMS.
Every device that came into CORD from outside (received, checked in, moved from a depot, or decommissioned on arrival) and every device that left (shipments and Returned to Vendor), plus everything on its way to CORD right now. Devices already on the CORD shelf that were decommissioned are not included.
Always as of right now, whatever period is selected.
One row per month. On hand is what was at CORD and the depots at the end of the month; during the month counts what happened in it. Leave both months blank to export every month.
On-hand counts are saved automatically at 11:45 PM Central on the last day of each month. The month in progress shows live counts. Depots = In Stock + In Maintenance at all EPDS depots.
Received = arrivals at CORD (received, checked in, moved from a depot). Shipped excludes depot pallet transfers and reversed shipments. Decom = every decommission not voided. Lease returns and damaged claims are the ones opened that month. — means IMS has no record for that month.
