Configure email recipients for automated system notifications.

Set minimum stock thresholds by model class. An email alert fires when inventory drops below par.

Manage EPDS depot locations. Team Lead receives shipment notifications for that depot. Tech Lead is the on-site technical contact. Adding a depot site also adds it to the Locations table. Deleting a depot site removes it from Locations.

Manage inventory at each EPDS depot. Import devices via CSV, view current stock, and export per depot.

Import historical ship records from CSV. Records are additive — existing records are never overwritten. Rows with the same serial + ship_date are skipped.

Drop the master lease schedule in and IMS stores every row, then stamps lease details onto any matching device currently in inventory. The vendor's own column headers are understood, so the file needs no editing first. Update loads or refreshes the schedule and applies it. Delete removes serials from the schedule and clears lease info from those devices. Export downloads the stored schedule. Most rows will match nothing in inventory — that is expected, and the schedule is kept so a leased device received later picks up its details automatically.

Every device In Maintenance at CORD carries one of these, saying what it is waiting on. The default is used when a device enters maintenance without one being chosen. Renaming is safe — past Timeline entries keep their original wording. A sub-state is retired, never deleted, and can't be retired while any device is in it.
